Taiz, Wednesday 9th of June 2010, Hayel Saeed Group held an appreciation party for their agents in Taiz region, the middle region, south region, Ibb region and a part of Aldhalea governorate. In the party, 63 of Hayel Saeed agents were honored with appreciation gifts, and prizes of encouragement and bronze, silver and golden medals. Meanwhile, the most valuable gift and the platinum medal were due to Mr. Rageh Saleh Aldanani and Mr. Mohammed Ahmed Ateeq Emran, the agents of the group in Dhamar governorate.
In the party, Mr. Shawki Ahmed Hayel Saeed, the vice manager of the industrial division, delivered a speech in which he started conveying the regards of Mr. Ali Mohammed Saeed, the chairman of supreme supervisory board, and Mr. Ahmed Hayel Saeed, the vice chairman of the supreme supervisory board, and Mr. Abdulrahman Hayel Saeed - the manager of administrative board, and Mr. Abdulgabar Hayel Saeed, the executive chairman, and the members of the administrative board.
In his speech, Mr. Shawki referred to the growth and development of the relationship between the group and its agent lasting more than 50 years. In such a period, the relation has developed from the concept of exchanging the mutual benefits to the concept of the commercial and developmental partnership, embodying the concept of work team and the mutual loyalty to a sole organizational identity. Through this, the group together with its agents could face a series of complicated challenges, the fast technologies, and the confusing events that take place from time to time. It enabled them to adapt with most of these changes taken place during last year’s. This kind of relation has also contributed in achieving more growth and development, leading to better results for all of them. He also called all to do best and be closer to the society through working there for the society and with the society to share its problems and issues.
In the agents' speech delivered by Mr. Mohammed AlAsbahi, he expressed the agents' appreciation for Hayel Saeed Group for its constant offers and the advanced level of quality, administrative competence, training and qualifying, and coinciding with the international changes and its dependence on a set of organizational values and principles as reflected in its deep relationship with all others as well as its social role in community development that reflects its vision of initiation and loyalty.
Mr. Al-sabahi also referred to the agents' honor and pride of their relation with the group since tens of years, passing through different generations. He pointed out that this kind of relation is not only buy-and-sell or business relation, but also it is covers both the practical field as well as the social and human field, as reflected in the affiliation links, mutual loyalty, mutual respect, and maintaining each other's interest, and the group's relationship to its agents, sharing their happiness and sorrows through the active interaction with their problems and issues.
On the other hand, Mr. Mutahar Saeed Abdu Saeed, the general manager of Local Products Marketing Company, said in a press conference that this party is organized as annual event, aiming at honoring the well performance, mutually exchanging a sense of faithfulness, encouraging them to do best. It is held as an annual station to enhance the relationship of the group with its agents and as a mechanism to enhance the partnership with them through exchanging the problems and issues, discussing them, attempting to enlighten all of them about the team work in order to push the national development goals with teamwork initiatives. He added that, honoring the agents takes place in two phases: the first phase covers the regions of Taiz, the middle, the southern, ibb and a part of Aldhalea, while the second phase takes place to cover the eastern, northern, southern, and northern regions. The party was attended by Mr. Muneer Ahmed Hayel Saeed, the vice manager of the commercial and service companies, the general manger of the group, tens of agents and a number of the executive managers in the branches. Moreover, the agent Qasem Ahmed Saleh Al-faqih delivered two poems on the final day in which he appreciated the group.
